We recently completed a rather unusual paint job on a movie spec stormtrooper suit. It was quite a painstaking process as the customer had tried to spray paint it himself and it had gone a little wrong. As the suit is quite flexible his paint was cracking whenever it flexed. So we had to sand it all off and start again. We used a flexible additive in our primer and paint and it now bends and moves as much as he wants without cracking. Looked great in the end. Hopefully we will get a picture of him wearing the full suit soon!
